Jeff Geier established Phoenix Coaching to help people and organizations WIN in work and life. He understands the power of taking action firsthand. Based in the Pacific Northwest, he has seen owners and key executives and their teams make profound breakthroughs in their organizations. With extensive knowledge and experience in culture establishment and maintenance, team-building and financial performance improvement, Jeff is uniquely qualified to help owners, executives and key-employees reach their goals and full potential.

For more than 30 years Jeff has held the lead executive/administrative position in four separate, closely held companies in the banking and medical fields.  He has extensive experience in culture creation and maintenance, strategic planning, communication improvement, revenue growth planning, net profitability planning, securing private capitalization, physical plant expansions (design/build), workflow improvements and work management system overhauls, business/practice mergers, senior leadership team development, contract negotiations and more.
